# Celebrating a Milestone in ADA Burning: 20 Transactions!

Our Cardano burn address reached 20 transactions. Here is what people burned, why they did it, and how burning spam tokens and NFTs works.


We're excited to announce a significant milestone for BurnADA.org: we've reached 20 burn transactions!

## The Journey So Far

When we launched BurnADA.org, our goal was simple: provide the Cardano community with a verified, secure way to permanently remove unwanted tokens and NFTs from circulation.

Reaching 20 transactions might seem like a small number, but each burn represents:
- A user taking control of their wallet
- Tokens permanently removed from circulation
